Heritage Pointe Estates Hold a Year of Foothills Dust in Every Crack. We Wash It Out.
Acreage homes are different. Longer driveways, more fence line, large outdoor living spaces, often privately-paved roads in. A pressure washing crew built for city lots won't have the equipment to do the job right.

Built for Acreage. Equipped for Estate Scale.
Heritage Pointe is in Foothills County, not Calgary city limits — and that matters. Most city pressure-washing crews show up with a residential trailer rig that runs out of water capacity on a 60-metre driveway. We bring commercial hot-water units, 200+ litre tanks, and surface cleaners designed for long stretches of concrete. Whether it's the asphalt approach off Macleod Trail South, the fence line around your back paddock, or the driveway leading up to a 4,000+ sq ft estate — we have the equipment to finish it in one visit.
- Long driveways: surface cleaner pass for even results
- Fence lines, gates, & estate entry walls included
- Hot-water unit for set-in petroleum & bird residue
- Hot tubs, BBQs, outdoor kitchens cleaned safely
- Acreage rates — quoted by total job, not by hour
Heritage Pointe estates have washing needs city crews can't meet
Heritage Pointe sits just south of Calgary's city limits, in Foothills County, off Macleod Trail South and the 22X. Most properties are 0.5-2 acres — sometimes larger — with homes built between 1998 and 2020. Driveways are typically 30 to 80 metres long, often curving through landscaped grounds. Privacy fencing runs the property perimeter. Many homes have detached garages or workshops, outdoor kitchens, and hot tubs.
Standard city pressure-washing rigs aren't designed for this. A residential 50-litre tank runs dry before half the driveway is done. Cold-water units can't break up the set-in oil from snowmobile trailers and motorcycle storage. Heritage Pointe homeowners we work with consistently tell us the last crew left half the driveway untouched and called it complete — that's a rig capacity problem, not a skill problem. We bring commercial hot-water units with continuous water feed and the right surface cleaners for long stretches of concrete and asphalt.
Beyond the driveway, Heritage Pointe estates accumulate dirt in places city homes don't deal with: long privacy fences (50+ metres common), private gate posts, large back patios facing the foothills (every prairie storm dumps fine sand here), and the brick or stone columns at most estate entries. A typical full-property pressure wash is $400–$800 depending on size and scope. Hot tub deck cleaning and outdoor kitchen tile are usually $100–$200 extras.
Access matters here. We coordinate gate codes, alarm systems, and gate-trigger sensors before arrival. Most Heritage Pointe work is April through October — winter snow and frost mean acreage work isn't safe or effective. Spring (mid-April to early June) is peak season — that's when winter salt damage to concrete is most visible and most reversible. Call early to lock in a slot.
Questions from Heritage Pointe homeowners
How much does pressure washing cost in Heritage Pointe?
Driveway alone usually starts at $300. Full property (driveway + fence + walkways + back patio) typically $400–$800 depending on lot size. Extras like hot tubs, outdoor kitchens, and BBQ tile run $100–$200 each. We quote by total job, not by hour — send photos on WhatsApp for an exact number.
Do you have the equipment for a 60-metre driveway?
Yes. We run commercial hot-water units with continuous water feed and 200+ litre onboard tanks, plus surface cleaners specifically built for long stretches. We finish in one visit. The half-done driveway story most Heritage Pointe homeowners tell us is a rig capacity problem — we don't have that.
Can you work around our security gates and alarms?
Yes. Send gate codes and any alarm-disarm instructions on WhatsApp the morning of service. We text on arrival and departure. If you'd prefer a property manager handle access, we coordinate with them directly.
Do you also wash the fence line and gate posts?
Yes. Privacy fencing (vinyl, wood, or composite) and stone/brick entry columns are included in most full-property quotes. We use soft-wash technique on wood and vinyl, and direct pressure on brick — never the other way around.
When can we book?
Heritage Pointe pressure washing runs mid-April through late October. Spring (mid-April to early June) is the busiest — winter salt damage is most visible and most reversible then. Acreage jobs book 1–2 weeks out at peak. Off-season (October) usually has next-week openings.
