Monthly is standard for high-traffic retail in Calgary. Quarterly works for offices set back from the road. We can put you on a recurring schedule that auto-renews.
Do you work after hours so we don't disrupt customers?
Yes — evenings and Sundays available for commercial clients at no surcharge. Most storefronts we clean before opening or after close.
Do you handle high windows on a 2- or 3-storey building?
Yes. We use 32-ft extension ladders and water-fed pole systems. For anything above 3 storeys we bring in a lift partner.
Pricing for monthly maintenance?
Standard storefronts run $80–$200/month depending on window count and frequency. Multi-location chains get volume pricing.
Are you insured for commercial work?
Yes — $5M commercial general liability + WCB. Certificates of insurance available on request before first service.
